John Perryn Primary School is seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and reflective Class Teacher to join our team from September. Applications are welcome from teachers at all stages of their career, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

We are looking for a teacher who:
• Delivers consistently high-quality teaching.
• Has a secure understanding of curriculum design, sequencing and assessment.
• Is committed to ensuring strong achievement for all pupils through effective delivery of a well-designed curriculum.
• Adapts teaching effectively to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND, disadvantaged pupils and those new to English.
• Uses assessment and data intelligently to inform teaching and improve outcomes.
• Builds positive, respectful relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Works collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
