Full job title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Partner

Contract details: Grade 4, full-time, 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year term time only (TTO).

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Partner to join our Early Years team—someone who understands that children learn best through play, relationships and meaningful interaction.

This is an exciting opportunity to support children’s first experiences of school and to be part of a warm, inclusive and ambitious school community.

About the role

You will:

• Support children’s learning through play and interaction
• Work closely with the class teacher and Early Years team
• Help create a safe, stimulating environment
• Support communication and language development
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Assist with daily routines and organisation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is caring, patient and enjoys working with young children
• Has a good understanding of how children learn and develop (or a willingness to learn)
• Communicates effectively with children and adults
• Works well as part of a team
• Has a positive, flexible and proactive approach.
