  • ability to contribute to planning, preparation and delivery of agreed work and support programmes to individuals, groups or classes
  • experience in leading whole class learning, covering PPA and staff absence.
  • ability to insist on high standards of behaviour and academic outcome, enabling all pupils to flourish
  • ability to use a variety of strategies to engage and support children in their learning
  • enthusiasm for collaborative working and an ability to contribute to planning and to provision for pupils with SEND
  • a willingness to support the school’s Christian ethos

We can offer you:

  • confident, courteous, and highly motivated pupils
  • a supportive and experienced team of dedicated professionals
  • strong leadership with a commitment to meaningful professional development, including access to ongoing CPD and appraisal opportunities
  • a focus on staff wellbeing, with initiatives to support you both in and out of work
  • a proactive and supportive Governing Board and parent/carer community
  • a rich, varied curriculum with an emphasis on creativity and social and environmental justice
  • potential pathways to Initial Teacher Training for candidates who aspire to become qualified teachers and meet our criteria

We are committed to safer recruitment, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
